Healthy Breakfast

What's better than an healthy and high-pro breakfast after 8 hours of fasting?
i'm quite on diet this period after Christmas so my macronutrients are now in high protein - medium carbs and low fat scheme.

I usually like to start my day with a greek yogurt called "Skyr", that has a very high protein and almost no fat.
On the carbohydrates side i often use oat/muesli cause i like so much!
On top of that, i like to think that adding a little bit of honey, helps me to not become sick and stay healthy.

And that's it , here is how i start my morning with almost 35g of protein, 50g of carbohydrates and almost no fat!
