The truth behind Bromance, How is it different with Romance?
Bromance vs Romance
A platonic bond between two men is more crucial today than ever before. Young men recently prefer to go with their male mates than their romances/or girlfriends. This group of students being active in sports invited by online journal “Men and Masculinity” admittedly said they have at least one male Bromantic affairs at presence or in the past. They find more satisfying or maybe less pressured in terms of emotional discussion than their romance partners. It is easy to resolved, manageable pertaining to argumentative disputes arisen. These are straight guys who are more comfortable discussing personal matter to his male pals regardless of sexual relationship. They enjoyed hanging around just to have company most of the time. These students mostly in their 20’s have and are all undergrad.
Perhaps their predicament is not prejudged easily and their ego display is mostly understood. At the young age maybe they are being bundled by the environment, millennial egoism and carried away by their innocent being. They also talked about their intimacy bromances like sleeping with the same bed, cuddling each other, sharing personal secrets and love to each other. Thus, no one considered them homosexual. When they reached maturity all these experiences is just a thing of the past.
The general notion is not new to our era and now accepted by the society. Its number rise to what expected normal. One out of 30 interviewed dudes says a romance lead to marriage and having family but a bromance can last a lifetime relationship regarded of sex issue.
Homosexual, gays, bisexual are basically physical interactions with bromantic relationship, overly emoted and eventually headed to long term committed relationship partner. I've known several gay friends of mine who are into this set up. Rather they are judged but to be respect with no boundaries of social standard.
A SHORT BACKGROUND
Male brain has a large dorsal pre-mammillary nucleus to detect territorial challenges by other males. The mirror neuron system of the brain is active than of the female brain. The sexual aggression of male brain is 2.5 times larger than female brain. During their teens they produce 20-25 fold testosterone hormones than they did during pre-adolescent. Because of utmost level of testosterone they find hard to stop their overflowing sexual fantasies. Whenever they sees naked breast of a woman they couldn't resist their inner drives. They always have a lookout for some fertile mates to mate than seeing beautiful birds and butterflies hanging in trees.
