I am hoping since there are new call before you dig marks that our electricity will be hooked up in the next week or two so we can move. Cause even though we have all that overgrowth to clear out it is one beautiful view. I can't wait to sit at the kitchen table looking out at this.
Those lines and flags being placed has me super excited
It feels like we will finally be in our house soon. Though it looks like we are going to have to fix what the builder didn't do right. I hope they actually come through and fix the damages their crews caused or that they builder just didn't do correctly themselves. But I am thankful we have the skills to fix what they they did or didn't do correctly.

apparently there is a buried dead but live electric line over on this side too, there is one on the other side that their equipment detected but they have no records of it through the city, so they said they must be really old there is also a buried AT&T line
I really want to move by the first of the month. I would love not to have to pay rent and pay an interest payment
I am really over having to pay an interest payment on top of paying rent. We were suppose to be moving last month. And now two month later we are still not moved into our home. I am thankful for steemit cause our family would be in a world of hurt without the extra income steemit and other crypto currencies has provided. I wouldn't be invested in other coins had I not found steemit. It really has been a game changer.

we did get very lucky in finding this piece of land. And we got a great deal on it because the previous buyers didn't realize since they were not a corporation (who owned it 4 years ago) that they could get the taxes lowered. Because of it the price on the land kept lowering and lowering. 4 years ago it sold for $75K then a year later for $52K then a year or so after that for $25K then last march it went back on the market for $10,900 and I did some research on why it was selling so cheap as .25 acre lot in this area sells for $22K and this is 1.53 acres. I discovered corporate taxes on it, and knew we could get it lowered. So we offered the guy $10,500 and he took it. We got the taxes fixed on it and started our build. I feel very lucky to have it. Not so lucky with the builder we went with.
Wow what a steal!! That is a heck of a deal! Never see land go for anywhere near that around me. Where are you located?
