Welcome to my DailyTopicBlog on Monday. I hope you had a relaxing weekend. Today is about motivation. Fits perfectly to the start of the week on Monday.

What does motivation actually mean?

Motivation consists of 2 words. Once the word "MOTIV" & once "AKTION". Simply said, motivation means having a reason for an action..

The problem is why people are never motivated is because they do things without having a motive. A big example would be that people hate Monday. But actually they hate their job. They go to work, what the action would be but they don't want to work and that means no motive.

How to motivate yourself?

In which you FUCKING realize once again: "I HAVE ONLY THIS ONE LIFE".

Motive first and then action. Why do you want to do something, for what and if you know your motive, you build dreams on it. The best thing to do is to imagine that you have reached your goal. Do this in a meditation for max. 5 minutes.

After the meditation you write on what your action should be. Maybe you want to lose weight, want to train and so on. You have to write down what you want to do or what the next steps would be to get into action.

IMPORTANT VERY IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE 72 HOURS TO PUT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE INTO ACTION. THE LONGER YOU WAIT THE HIGHER THE CHANCE THAT YOU WON'T DO IT.
