Today i met my friends out .It was an ordinary meet up but i felt happy and had the desire to write about them here .

the girl's name is khawla 20yo from Tunis the capital .
the boy is called fedy 22 and he is from monastir a city on the central coast of Tunisia .
I really feel lucky to have them in my life and to share with them my sorrows and happiness .

khawla is a kind girl with a lot of good qualities , she is always by my side & I always profoundly appreciate her when she withhold a non-judgemental stance and still array affection to me at my euphoric and depressive moments .

Fedy annoys me sometimes as he is very self-centred and talks constantly about himself, but when that happens I just try to spend a small amount of time away from him and then I feel better .

As i am very interested in my mental health i found that many PsyD confirm that friendship is very important to mental fitness ; Working on developing and maintaining friendships is one of the best ways to continue growing as a person. Expressing feelings and ideas to another person can help us clarify so much things and Nurture our sense of humor. Trying to see the humorous side of things makes even the most difficult situations easier to bear😀
