700 gr squid, clean & cut according to tasteā£
1 pcs. Tomato, slicedā£
1 stg. Lemongrass, bruisedā£
5 pcs. Lime leavesā£
3 tbsp. Sweet soy sauceā£
1 tbsp. Oyster sauceā£
Salt, sugar, mushroom brothā£
Enough waterā£
1 tsp Maizena, dissolve with a little waterā£

Seasoning for the grind: ā£
7 pcs. Red onionā£
3 pcs. Garlicā£
5 pcs. Red chilies ā£
5 pcs. Red rawitā£

- Saute the grind seasoning with lemongrass & lime leavesā£
- Enter the tomatoes, saute until the tomatoes are wilted. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, mushroom broth and water to taste. Cook until the chili is cooked. Taste correction
- Enter the squid, saute until the squid is cooked. Pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir until the sauce thickens. Serve .ā£
