Say Hello to BEANs/香港大埔的“荳子”餐廳

During last Friday, I hang out with my friends and search for restaurants to have dinner. Eventually, we found this “BEANS The Courtyard”.

We order the French fries with Bolognese Sauce as an appetizer. The French fries is crispy enough and doing great with the Bolognese Sauce.

After this fine appetizer, we have the Backyard Breakfast, which is an All Day Breakfast. All Day Breakfast is nice since it combine a lot of things you want to eat in a single dish. It the Backyard Breakfast, it has the smoked salmon benedict egg, waffle, cantaloupe with parmesan ham, bacon, pork sausage, tomato, tomato white beans and some mushroom. The smoked salmon benedict egg is definitely my favorite; the poached egg is cooked with the right amount of heat and time to keep the egg yolk and allows it to mix with the hollandaise sauce in your mouth.

Beside of the fantastic breakfast, we also have the Spaghetti Carbonara with Black Truffle. Coincidentally, Carbonara is also a dish which brings out its flavor by egg yolks. The dish in here is doing fine and the truffle just rise up the taste a bit.

Finally, I should introduce this Rainbow latte at the front page to you. I personally love latte art, and rainbow latte is one of the best among them. The way it forms looks like an abstract drawing. You just don’t want to destroy the milk foam when you drink it.

The restaurant also decorated nicely. There is a little river on our marble table, with some stones in the water. The flowing water keeps things moving and creating a comfortable atmosphere around you.

上個星期五和朋友在大埔吃晚飯,去了這間意大利餐廳。

我們叫了芝士肉醬薯條小吃作前菜。熱騰騰的脆薯條拉伴著風味肉醬非常好吃。

緊接著薯條的是全日早餐。全日早餐最捧的地方就是它一下子包含了各種你想吃的東西,看上去很豐富。我們這個早餐有煙三文魚班尼迪克蛋,窩夫,哈馬瓜巴拿馬火煺,豬肉腸,蕃茄,茄汁豆和雜菌。其中煙三文魚班尼迪克蛋絕對是我的最愛。流心蛋的熟到剛剛好,吃食時蛋液和荷蘭醬混合在一起,絕對回味無窮。

除了全日早餐,我們還吃了卡邦尼黑松露煙肉意大利麵。和班尼迪克蛋一樣,卡邦尼最重要的同樣是蛋液。意粉味道整體不錯,而黑松露亦很好地襯托出卡邦尼的味道。

最後一定要介紹的就是封面的彩虹拿鐵。拿鐵拉花藝術一直引人入勝,而彩虹拿鐵絕對是眾多拿鐵中極為漂亮的一種,就算一幅抽象大師所作的油畫。你一定想要小心翼翼的喝著,不想破壞表面的奶泡。

除了各樣美食,餐廳的裝潢也是別具心思。在我們的雲石枱上有一條河流,河流上放著一些小石。水流慢慢漂著,為環境帶了一點生氣。
