Yeah, the place is awesome - especially the beach with high tide and big waves, sadly the weather was bad that day, but there are other beaches too. :)
They are cute for sure but I guess dangerous too. I'm not sure if the attack humans but I know they can kick each other pretty hard.

The hippity hop creature looks like a kangaroo but I can't really tell. I see what you mean about that one spot looking like a beasts lair or something. It would be a bit creepy thinking/wondering if a predator was going to step out and attack you. I'd be getting out of there as fast as I can.
