AGENTS OF DARKNESS AND THEIR OPERATIONS 6

• Possessing the land through faith

• The devil and challenges of life would always be there, however, you need not magnify THEM.
  WHATEVER the operation of the devil and his AGENTS, you can overcome and the assignment before you can be accomplished.
• If you are being opposed by the enemy, the devil, it is because you are occupying a strong position in the agenda of God for the planet earth.
  THE devil who happens to be the archenemy of the people of God would not fold his hands and be watching you doing the work without any hitch—he would want to fight and hinder you from doing the work.
  IN addition, you have gotten to know that whatever God has spoken to you about your life, ministry, Or whatever would come to fulfilment through faith.
  YOU can only take over your land of inheritance by faith.

1. "BY FAITH ABRAHAM OBEYED WHEN HE WAS CALLED TO GO OUT TO THE PLACE WHICH HE WOULD RECEIVE AS AN INHERITANCE. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.
2. BY FAITH HE DWELT IN THE LAND OF PROMISE AS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him on the same promise.
3. WHO THROUGH FAITH SUBDUED KINGDOMS, WORKED RIGHTEOUSNESS, OBTAINED PROMISES, stopped the mouths of lions,
4. quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, OUT OF WEAKNESS WERE MADE STRONG, BECAME VALIANT IN BATTLE, TURNED TO FLIGHT THE ARMIES OF THE ALIENS."
   Hebrews 11:8,9,33,34 (NKJV)

• Ministry life is about faith living: “The just [Christians, believers] shall live by faith” (Romans 1:17).

• Without faith you may not experience the success you desired in your Christian walk.
  AND for you to make impact in the ministry work, it has to be by faith.
• Without faith you cannot walk with God and take over, that is, possess your land of inheritance.
  ABRAHAM became God's friend and confidant via or through Faith.
• God would not consider your relationship with Him seriously until you started to live and walk with Him by faith (Romans 5:20-22).
  UNBELIEF displeases God, Faith pleases Him: "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him" (Hebrews 11:6).

• The truth is: No matter how big Or small WHATEVER God has promised you, it cannot be fulfilled without faith.

• Faith is the currency you need in the Ministry work and to live a fulfilled Life.
• Without Faith, to excel in Life AND the ministry would be a mirage.
• The reason why God always permitted needs, lacks, and challenges from opposition in the lives of believers, Ministers and the work of ministry, is to activate, build and stretch their Faith.
• God would not give all you need for the assignment at hand at a time, He expects you to get whatever the task accomplished through faith.

• Heroes of Faith (Hebrews 11:4-40).

• People who were mentioned IN Hebrews chapter 11 overcome, conquered, and fulfilled by faith.
• Some people are waiting for God to move when God has already instructed them on what to do.
  GOD would not need to move, you are the one to move.

• How faith works
(I) Faith works through obedience.
IN fact another name for faith is obedience.

• When God speaks, you act, even when it seems Or looks impossible.
• It is your obedience, taking a step on the instruction given you by God THAT will make Him work.
• If God sent you to a place, as you take a step, before you get to the place, He would have gone ahead of you, waiting in preparation for your arrival—all you need to do is to take a step.
• The truth is that before God instructed you to go, He has already prepared all you may need at the place He sent you.
• You do not need money to carry out God’s instructions, Or do the assignments, it is FAITH you need—when you have Faith, the money would be made available.

(II) Intimacy—fellowship with God

• Without intimacy, strong fellowship, you may find it difficult to walk by faith.
• You must love God ultimately for you to be able to do whatever He may ask you to do.
  IF your love for Him is not total, complete, or absolute; you may find it difficult to obey some instructions given to YOU by Him.

1. "Jesus said to him, " 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'
2. "This is the first and great commandment."
   Matthew 22:37,38 (NKJV)

• Love for God would move you to put your life on the altar, TO be a sacrifice and be used for Him (Romans 12:1).
  IT is the love you have for Him that strengthens your fellowship with Him.
  AND if your fellowship with Him is strong, you will want to obey Him, come what may.

(III) Fear of God

• The Fear of God also makes faith work.
• If you have reverential fear of God, you will want to obey whenever He instructed you to do something.
  BECAUSE you reverence Him and want to honour Him, you will not want to disobey Or displease Him—Make Him angry.
  BESIDES, If you know the consequences of disobedience, you will want to obey Him, do whatever He commanded and whenever He did (Jonah 1:1-17).
• The fear of God which is the beginning of wisdom would move you to reverence and honour Him (Proverbs 9:10).
  THE fear of God would prompt you to act even when you do not feel like doing so.

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.
