I have heard of the cleverbot API. Think it is a project of @inertia's which is used by @banjo. It is interesting but don't know too much about how it works for customization. May be worth trying it out. Think the trial comes with 5000 API calls or something like that. What are your thoughts about it?

I think it's a fun idea! I would like to use @cleverbot, but I was concerned that others might consider it artificial commenting and therefore a similar behavior to upvoting.
I think i see a difference though. Commenting doesn't affect the overall quality of content on Steemit.
