The chassis sounds perfect for this and the floor is no big deal as you will be installing, I assume, insulation and then a floor on top anyway. I look at it in there and see a very workable shell. Not to much to uninstall like some other work vans filled with a steel cage and tons of installed shelves etc. This is quite the find!
Insulation, 12mm floor, carpet or lino, with maybe a stove at one end... shower, toilet, sink, kitchen and 6ft x 4ft 6 bed + dining area.... is the plan....
Yeah, you need a toilet of some kind for sure! I wouldn't want carpet. Lino is easier to clean-just sweep and/or wipe down. You'll be tracking in a lot from outside.
