Caught a guy on camera stealing from my car!

What should i do?! i need to come up with some kind of trap, an Air horn? electric wire? apparently this guy has been all over the neighborhood checking car doors and actually got some expensive camera equipment from one of our neighbors cars. Luckily our doors were locked this time!
