Photo-tour in the country (2)

in #blog6 years ago

In the first part of his photo-walk through the country house, most of the frames were dedicated to trees and shrubs that grow on the estate. In the continuation of my review of interesting plants, I will show you some plants and flowers that adorn the flower beds and alpine hills.
I want to note that not all that grows, blooms and smells in our dacha, is planted by us.

A bit of history ... In fact, this is not a dacha, but a real village mansion in New Moscow. In the distant 90's, my brother bought a land from the countryman leaving for permanent residence with houses built and some sort of planting. The houses were well decorated from the inside (come and live), furnished with furniture and equipped with some kind of equipment. The land itself was a single unit of 4 standard rural areas (approximately 22-25 acres). One house is a brick two-storey guest cottage. Warm, with electric and stove heating (you can choose how to heat in winter). Two more large houses - wooden (from a bar) two-storeyed cottages. One always has a brother with his family, and the second - for my family. And one more small, but also two-storey, guest house with a separate entrance from the opposite side of the site.

The farm is big. During the period of ownership, the wooden houses were decorated with modern materials on the outside, the furnishings and equipment were updated.

Since the village is not far from the city (about 30 minutes from the Moscow ring road), the brother and his family live there permanently. Presence of the car and the established communication with the city (buses and shuttles) allows you to travel without problems to work in the city. For today, the village has entered the "New Moscow", so ordinary Moscow residents register with permanent residents. In the village there are only 20% of local residents. The rest of the houses are bought by residents of the city or visitors. Many all year round they live here.
So, some plants, mostly trees and decorative cypresses, have remained since the time of the former owner. Fruit trees (apple, pear, cherry) and shrubs (currants, gooseberries) were planted by my mother, brother and our wives. And all sorts of flower beds, slides and just flower beds did everything together ...

Carried stones from the river, looking for horticultural markets and forests of interesting plants. I will not say that our works can be assessed as the top of landscape design, but in general we all like it))).

 pebbles for serious slides)))

I finish the walk myself, and at the end I will say - since my brother and I are angry anglers, the undoubted plus of the village is the presence of two ponds with carp and perch right outside the gate, as well as the rivers Pakhra, which run 10-15 minutes from the house, Desna and the Sword.
