Hello dear friends. Today we move on to conclude and most interesting part of our tour of the winery "Chizay". This wine tasting.

About a fascinating tour of the plant, you can read in my previous publications. And I tell next. So, let's begin.

When the tour was over we were taken to the old tasting room. It is located in the basement of one of the factory buildings. In the hall of people are invited to take a seat at the table. Each person put two glasses and a plate of food.

Also, people are given a special sheet where people can record what wine they tried and how they liked it. When people poured wine the tour guide tells in detail about it. And precisely because of the variety of grapes to make wine and how it was maintained. 

During the tasting people can ask questions that interest them. Wine starts with a sample of dry table wines and ends with dessert wine.

Wine Series Limited Edition is made from specially selected grapes harvested by hand, on the most southern slopes Chizay vineyards. Each berry passes special control in appearance and quality. Premium wine Edishn Limited Series produced in limited quantities. Each bottle is individually numbered.

That plant products "Chizay", which we were offered at the tasting:

1. Sauvignon Limited Edition. Wine white dry. 

The wine is produced from grapes Sauvignon green, which is collected at the beginning of the season early in the morning to keep it fresh, fruity character.

2. Traminer dry Limited Edition. Dry white wine.

Wine ordinary table dry varietal natural white. Traminer - one of the most famous wines in the world of high-quality and exquisite grapes Traminer pink, from which it is made - including varieties of Transcarpathia.

3. Rose Chateau Chizay. Wine grape natural dry pink.

Natural refreshing rosé wine is produced from red European grape varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet and others.

4. Cabernet dry Limited Edition. Wine dry red

The wine is made from classic grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the best areas Chizay vineyards.

5. Moscato ART-collectoin . Wine grape natural semisweet white Lightly.

The aroma of wine Moscato Chizay harmoniously combined shades of fresh green grapes, peaches and flowers.

6. Pinot Noir Limited Edition. Wine red semisweet.

Semi-sweet red wine Pinot Noir - is a delight for the discerning.

7. Pinot Blanc Limited Edition. White wine sweet.

The wine is made from the same grape varieties - Pinot Blanc. This unsurpassed living light wine wonderful light straw color.

8. Cahors Zakarpattia Limited Edition . Wine red dessert.

Fortified Wine ordinary dessert special type of sweet red Cahors wine made from selected grapes harvested by hand in the most southern slopes Chizay vineyards.

9. Cherry  Wine Berry. Red semisweet kosher.

The bottle of fruit wine contains a unique combination of bright cherry flavor and mild taste that complements the rich color of ripe cherries.

10.  "Rose Carpathians"

Rose Carpathians - a legendary dessert white vintage wine formerly known as "The Rose of Transcarpathia", which in Soviet times was the hallmark of winemakers edge.
