If authors could chose how much rewards they want to give to curators there would be no need for these vote buying schemes.
Newbies would just set a large % to curators to boost their post. A much cleaner and decentralized way to achieve the same thing.

Is it for curators though? Seems likes its more for authors using the services themselves.. although i do see a point in getting more returns for the curators thatve spent their limited voting power on one's post..
