A 46% INCREASE in Testosterone in 3 Months: Here's How!

When males reach the age of 30, our testosterone production begins to decrease by about 1% per year.

I am 43 years old.

4 months ago, I felt "fine."
(and no Neil, not Fucked up, Insecure, Neurotic, and Emotional).

Fine.
Ok.
Laissez-fair.
Just... fine.

During the experimental biohack I tried on myself from April to June, there were some mornings when I woke up and actually

ROARED!

I felt a roar coming on, and it felt like absolutely the correct move to let it out, and it felt good.

The side effect of having NRBs wasn't an unwelcome experience (although presented as an inconvenience depending on when and where).

I've gone from feeling just fine, to feeling awakened and powerful.

Here are the workout cards for my lifting over the 3 months of the protocol:

The name WOLVERINE is written at the top of every card to remind me to channel energy by going to battle with the weights.

When you're exhausted, getting into 'fight or flight' mode helps give you the power to press through.

Right before starting another set of squats or chin-ups, my inner voice repeated the line spoken here, between 0:10 and 0:15 ---------->

(After repeating it in my head over 100 times, it sounded far more dramatic in my mind 😂).

Those stains on the cards?

It's not blood or manatee tears.

It's the result of thinking it was a good idea to drink 8 ounces of Pomegranate juice after my workouts. The water bottle, full of red juice, leaked in my bag, and OF COURSE nearly ruined my workout history.

Fortunately, the workout results were spared, with the specific exercises listed further on down.

In 3 months there were 29 days in the gym.

8 of those days were a pretty weak showing (limited time, exhaustion, etc.)

The lifting regimen engaged a workout called

GERMAN VOLUME TRAINING

Ten sets of ten reps, between two exercises, with 2 minutes of rest (on average) in between.

In between the first 3 sets there was virtually no rest, then a rest time of up to 2 minutes towards the last 7-10 sets.

Leg day =

  1. Squats
  2. Lying Leg Curls

Chest/Back day =

  1. Decline Dumbell Press, semi-supinated grip
    (Palms facing each other as you press up)
  2. Chin-ups, palms facing you

Arm day =

  1. Parallel Bar Dips
  2. Incline Curls

The pace was 2 seconds pressing/pushing the weight, then 4 seconds bringing the weight back in position, with 0 seconds of rest in between.

The incredible pump you get from completing a full 10 X 10 set makes your body nearly unrecognizable from being so monstrously SWOLL. 💪😀

Counting the days of lifting on the cards, this was just 21 solid workouts over 3 months.

While the intent was to do more, this was the end result (I had planned on about 3 times that many workouts).
