Spicy cucumber salad with Apple-Recipe
Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 red onion
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
0.5 lime
1 tablespoons water
5 g dill finely chopped
1 clove of garlic,
pressed 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1 Green Apple
pepper and salt
Preperation
Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Now cut half moons of the cucumber. Slice the onion in half rings and the Green Apple into cubes. Mix for dressing the Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of water, juice of half a lime, chopped dill and pressed clove of garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Now add the dressing to the cucumber, Apple and red onion. and finnaly Divide the pine nuts to the salad, and enjoy!
