Summary of Goals

As we feel and notice, we are in the middle of the weekend.
A few moments of rest and peace from last week.

The relief of rest and peace will be felt by people who really did a lot of things a week, whether it was to play unrecognizably in a place they did not like or people who really worked for their dream.

A weekend is not only created to rest, waste and accumulate energy. It is also intended for one more small and important thing to do: "Summary of Goals".

What do I mean by saying a summary of goals?
I mean you have to sit with yourselves, not long, but sit down! What do you do last week that made you something good and a key, write exactly what you did in terms of further improvement ability for the next new week in which Write down goals that you expect from yourself.

I always recommend having at least an average of ten things you've done over the past week and you're going to do this week.
Because it's an exaggerated number and it's balanced so you'll always feel good that you've done enough.

So friends are not too late to take a page and a pencil, and sit with yourselves and see really at the height of honesty what did you do for yourself and your dream this week? And whether it is worthwhile to mark new targets for a new week.

Once you start doing this, you will start to be more aware, sharper and more improved.
