Bye Google Plus and Say Hello to Steem Blockchain

The purpose of this post is to openly invite all the Google Plus users to onboard the Steem Blockchain.

All Google Plus (aka Google+) users have received a formal email from Google by now instructed to start migrating their content elsewhere because they are shutting down the service to put the focus on other projects. If you are Google+ user and have not received the email alert, I suggest you double check your email prior to this message.

I've received mine and your email should look like this:

I feel sad for the users as they have to migrate all their content which I think there are users that have relatively big data accumulated for a long time. Thus, having to save them will consume big time and will be a big pain in the a**. Do take your time as you still have been given some time to do it.

Why I'm recommending Steem Blockchain?

Like Google+, Steem Blockchain is also a social media platform but only much better and here's why.

Once you have gotten on-board Steem, you won't need to migrate elsewhere or worry of it shutting down because it will never will. That's the beauty of a social media powered by Steem Blockchain.

Centralized application(Like Google+) has known for its mechanism of blocking users and usually, we cannot do much about it. But in Steem Blockchain, you won't face this issue. You will have all the freedom of speech and it's truly up for the people to judge your content because that's how social media should truly work.

The community you will find on Steem will all be awesome and welcoming. You will find communities that share the same passion as you do. Learning from each other is one of the best traits you can find.

Steem Decentralized Application(DApps)

Another matter that makes Steem way much better than Google+ is the fact that it can work synchronously with so many other apps. This will be perfect to bring your posts more micro and levelled up.

The reward system has definitely put Steem beyond any other social media. By just creating content, you will be rewarded. Giving value to likes and comments.
