I recently took some time with my friends to get ahold of one of the best bolt action sniper rifles available in Ghost Recon: Wildlands. This Steyr SSG lookalike is absolutely fantastic and I think it performs perfectly for my playstyle and role with my friends.

Don't miss. If you silence it, you have less damage so every shot counts. If you don't suppress it, enemies will find you faster so every shot counts. Getting the picture here?

Setup

I use a suppressor on mine since its easier to pick off targets if they aren't all running around in fear after the first shot. The long barrel is more accurate so that's perfect. I use the short 5 rnd magazine, not sure why but I just like it more. As far as scopes go, I use the g28 because it is magnified for long range shots and a small nonmagnified red dot on top so if you need to use it in midrange or closer, you can use it pretty well. I wouldn't say this is great for close range obviously, but it works in a pinch and switching to the RDS is faster than swapping weapons. Just don't miss.
