7 Tips for Raising Your Vibration to Create a Better World– Be the Change

BLOG

Here are seven tips for raising our individual energy vibration, and in doing so we help to lift humanity’s vibration, which in turn creates a better world for us all. These aren’t airy fairy, new age mumbo jumbo, or pie in the sky ramblings. I’m not saying they are easy. We are always facing challenges, and there are dark forces working against those of us who choose love and creation. We are in spiritual warfare, and anyone who cannot see this is still very much asleep. However, with mindfulness, right intent, authenticity and honesty we can use these tips as tools to help awaken the sleeping, and heal ourselves and others.

TIP 1 – Miracles
Upon waking, before opening your eyes or getting out of bed, affirm that you are open and receptive to receiving a miracle today. Whether it’s as seemingly small as getting a car parking space exactly where you need it, or as large as receiving a windfall or raise, be open to accepting miracles as part of your daily life. Expect good things. Become aware of signs, synchronicities and opportunities. And don’t forget to be thankful when these miracles happen.

TIP 2 – Gratitude
Express gratitude for all you are and all you have. You can do this as you get out of bed by being grateful for having such a warm, comfortable place to sleep. While in the shower be thankful for the hot, running water. Use the time spent showering to run through other things in your life to be grateful for. Your family and friends, the roof over your head, your vehicle that gets you from A to B, your health. Anything and everything, small and large that you can think of in your life to be grateful for, acknowledge it. Say it out loud. “I am truly grateful for……..” Having gratitude for all you are and all you have now, not only makes you appreciate where you are and what you have created for yourself thus far, but it also brings further opportunities and things to be grateful for.

TIP 3 – Self- Love
At the mirror after showing or while brushing your teeth or hair look into your eyes and tell yourself how much you love and appreciate who you are. Forget about your ‘flaws’. Ignore the wrinkles, the pimples and blemishes, the size and shape of your body. That is not who you truly are. YOU are what lays behind your eyes. Say it aloud to yourself as you peer deeply into the windows to your soul. “I love and accept you just as you are.” “You are a powerful creative being.” “You are beautiful and soulful, inside and out.” Repeat your affirmations at least three times, more if possible. If negative self-talk or criticism comes up, affirm, “That’s a lie.” Then repeat the loving mantras to yourself. Even if you don’t feel the love and power initially, say it anyway. There’s a lot to be said for the ‘fake it ‘til you make it’ line of thinking.

TIP 4 – Alkalize
Whether you eat breakfast or not, always start your day with a shot of apple cider vinegar, (with the Mother), in fresh lemon juice and hot water. This cleanses the digestive track, kick starts metabolism and alkalizes the body. Dis-ease can only survive, and thrives, in an acidic environment. Other ways to keep the pH levels in optimal balance is to drink a glass of purified water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda dissolved in it. Juicing is beneficial also, particularly the leafy greens and also fresh fruit juices. Avoid processed foods, fluoride, and animal flesh and by-products. Stick to a predominantly plant based diet, organic where possible.

TIP 5 – Disconnect
Turn off the te-lie-vision. Stop listening to, watching or reading mainstream media. They keep your energy in a low vibration with all their negativity, propaganda, lies, drama, false events, and fear porn. Don’t support a system that is designed to keep you down and a slave to the grind. Turn off devices and Wi-Fi for a few hours a day, even if it’s only through the night when you are sleeping. Allow your body to have a break from the EMF soup it finds itself swimming in in this modern society. Go out into nature whenever you can, to the beach or the forests. Take off your shoes and feel the earth beneath your feet. Look up to the sky, sun gaze (ensure to practice sun gazing correctly by starting out for only a few seconds at a time during the first hour at dawn and last hour at dusk, slowly building up over time). Disconnect from the matrix and reconnect with the natural world.

TIP 6 – Protection
Protect your energy fields from psychic vampires. These energy leaches can be from deliberate attacks by manipulative, maleficent beings, both incarnate and ‘other worldly’ entities. They can also be from people who are less aware or in control of their own energy field. Unbeknown to them, and totally unconsciously, they can zap your energy to elevate their levels. Intention is a most powerful tool. Set your intent to create a protective barrier around yourself. Whether you visualise using light or auric eggs, or have actual physical aides such as crystals, herbs, salt, essential oils or incense, put your own intentions of protection into your tool bag. Faith in your Divine power and connection to Essence (source, God, whatever name you use) is as important, if not more so, than the methods you employ to stay centred, balanced an energised.

TIP 7 – Healing
Healing the inner child is paramount to living a life on purpose and running on all cylinders energetically. Most of us have forgotten why and how we got here in the first place, let alone what it is we came to do. We wandered off track as a result of spiritual amnesia, often brought on by early childhood trauma. We weren’t necessarily the victims of satanic ritual abuse, although for some, sadly that IS the case. Even less shocking and seemingly more trivial events in early childhood can still cause deep subconscious wounds. These wounds hold us back and immobilise us. They are the reasons we feel stuck, unfulfilled, depressed, hopeless, anxious, ill, unmotivated. The direct result of these unhealed wounds are what keeps us continually creating the same negative situations and relationships in our lives. We get stuck on the hamster wheel, looping around and around, chasing our own tails. It is through inner child work and meditation that we get to the root cause of our psychological patterns, and this allows us to heal at the deepest and most permanent level. Some other healing modalities that can be used in conjunction with inner child work are massage, yoga, acupuncture, aromatherapy, Reiki, EFT (tapping), art and sound therapy.

NB: Not all techniques and holistic healing modalities work the same for everyone. It is not a one size fits all. The suggestions in this blog are only that; suggestions. It is up to each individual to use their own discernment and do their own research to find what works best for them. These tips are simply a guide. They are some of the things I have found helpful in my life thus far. I am always open to new ideas. I can, and have changed my mind numerous times throughout my life on what I think is a worthwhile avenue to pursue for spiritual and physical wellness.

Also note that the tips are in no particular order. And, they are not the ‘be all, end all’. There are many, many more ways in which we can raise our vibration and live the life we came here to live.

Love and blessings
