good luck with the house hunt, i think it's good to get out and see lots its great to refine your list and better determine your needs and wants list and to get comparables. Hope your having fun and don't get discouraged.

Thanks Phil :) Yep we are going through all that right now. So far it's been fun hopefully wont be too long though cos I can so see us getting discouraged if things don't happen soon.
