I do think Inhumans woukd have done much better if it hadn't been rushed into production. After the Iron Fist fiasco, I don't understand how they dont get that it. Nothing good ever comes from a rushed series!
Anyway, I actually hope it's renewed and given a new showrunner, with ample time to come up with something amazing. Because we know it can be.
They had all the pieces. Much like The Gifted, they had a PLETHORA of interesting characters, and plotlines they could have chosen from. I think the Inhumans are, at their core, harder to connect with being royalty that lives on the moon. But this is the same company (but different branch) that brought us a RACCOON and a TREE that are timeless and memorable, in just 2 hours. Inhumans had a LOT more time, and has failed comparatively.
and it's a shame. Because I genuinely LIKED Black Bolt and Lockjaw, before this show.
Yeah... big fail for Marvel TV. And sadly, I don't see how they can correct it.
