Why are you here?
Is this place free of judgement? No, of course not!!
The reason I have started blogging or writing here because I could express myself and share my passions, without being judge or intimidate. Most importantly, I could refine my writing skill and read up lots of information I am about to write.
I used to write Diary every day since I was 13 and stopped when I was 22. That’s when I found out someone read my Diary. I was kind of disappointed and shame then but now, I felt hilarious after reading back my entire Diary. Laughing on the person who read my diary; hell he understands because I don’t understand myself either. It was a mass, no structure or whatsoever, half the time was anger.
Here ... there are cyber bullies, crazy netizen that waiting to attack you; finding fault on things you have shared.
I could go on and on talking about these cyber bullies but I can’t sway from my objective of this writing … perhaps in the first place, I started wrongly…
HOW DO YOU SPOT A CONTROL FREAK?
You probably spotted these types of human in every walk of life, every day!!
Is it because they wanted attention, they need their image, knowledge to be noticeable or in other words hiding their incompetency?
I have a couple of love ones fall into these categories, sadly and painfully dealing with them every day. The love is so great that covers the ugliness of their characters. I am still happy, still in love with them. I think this love would last forever!
Well, if you can’t spot one, perhaps these few points would help you:
Spend a lot of energy trying to prevent bad things from happening.
Too much time trying to convince people to change.
Always correcting people
Usually try to win an argument
Refuse to admit wrong
Always judge or criticize people
Now, before my love die off ~ tell me what should I do?
I've met flamers and spammers and control freaks on here too. Control freaks want to control people, not create. They typically do not put forth the highest quality work. They rather take credit for someone else's.
For what it's worth, I think you should take a break from this, find something else to focus your energy on for a day. Try to have a good day so that you can bounce back and keep writing. Writing is clearly important to you, don't let the jerks push you out. If you quit or leave then we're left with these critics and control freaks and no interesting content.

With great passion comes great jealousy as well. Usually people who loves deeply are also people who will hate deeply. Well if roses can have thorns expect no less frm mortals.

It's easier for people to judge others online because it's online, we don't get to see each other face to face. I used to care a lot about what others said to me but as I grew older I just take their words with a grain of salt and move on. It's just their opinion and not necessarily reflect the actual truth.
True ... when face to face, they ain't vocal anymore. :P

@pennywhl, freedom is experienced when you value what God values and love what God loves...and that is YOU! You are loved and valued by the One who created the unique and special person that you are. People who are not living in the freedom of knowing this are not able to appreciate others and value others for the unique way they are made. Begin to love and value yourself, and look for how others might be acting out of a place of self-loathing and fear. And do step away from the toxic people for a time to refocus on who you are, and what you are doing. You can't change a person. You can only change yourself, and inspire others to change. Don't give up! Write because you are dearly loved, and specially made, and you have valuable things to say! I've upvoted this post, and am following you because I am interested in reading your future works.
