by reminding myself that everybody has their own reality. Your perception of reality is your reality. In life you have inputs from your environment but you have the power to control your outputs. And you can steer your reality in the direction you want with your outputs.
It’s liberating to know that we’re able to steer our reality in any direction we want to take!
