Its so easy to walk in a negative headspace. I feel is harder to be kind or show love to another person.

Some people just love to push that inner button where you lose all your self control to let the other person take you out of character.

Why give them that power over you?

We must all find a quiet space and remove all your fears worries stresses of your everyday reality and focus on your breath. Breathe in and out and focus an what makes you smile? Where is the place you feel content?

Then, start your day be kind to one person and as time goes on you will see the change in yourself and the ones who no longer serve you will move on. And then you will make room for the right people to walk into your life and enhance it for the better life you seek.
