Health Tip : Cleaning ginger, lemon & basil drink, Smokers best ally !

  •   Smoking tobacco is a bad habit, marijuana is better, but cleaning your lungs and throat is Essential ! Just do it, this tea is a must for all the smokers. It’s pretty fast and easy to prepare except to peel the ginger. Do it with a tea spoon you will save time and wounds…  

  •   Take this healthy drink when you smoke at least a week, ginger with lemon clean the lung and the throat as well, basil leaves contains antioxidant, is anti-bacterial and anti-microbial

  

  Ingredients :  

- lemon or lime 

- 2-3” og ginger root 

- 20 leaves of basil

 - 1 teaspoon of honey 

  How to do : 

  • Poor hot water on the ginger in a tea pot, add the basil leaves, then squeeze the lemon, and add a tea spoon of pure honey if you like it sweet. Let infuse for 10 minutes, and it’s ready to serve. You can keep in in a fridge for 2 days , it’s tasty on ice as well.     

  Also consuming raw ginger and garlic is very efficient to clean the respiratory tract, pistachios, peppermint and especially oregano as well.
