You arrived and that is all that truly matters. Better late than never, right? Acceptance of oneself has nothing to do with how the body is or how the face is, it is all in the mind and you nailed it right there. I wrote something about self love by writing a love note to myself i think three weeks ago here on my page. Nothing beats appreciating and accepting yourself because it shows the way for others by setting the standard of how you want to be treated. Thank you for this post.
