am stuck at a birk wall. a think two weeks a go my psychologist told me of Marie Forleo she is a life coach, motivational speaker from American, she has a podcast and in there she has a workshop "How To Get Anything You Want."
its a motivational podcast of how you can change your life. no matter how your life is. it's actual impossible to explain the rest of my blog without listening.
but yes brik wall. am trying to follow the ide of the pod cast but its so hard its real in a way. like a need to commit its no half do in there. but this is also the point.
so am sitting in topp of the tre this is how a feel its just noting around me
its so easy in the your life to say a want to save som more money or get in better shape. but a want...dont meen anything if you dont have a plan or and more specified ide.
but when you write down a want to save 1000$ or in 2019 by saving 85$ month. This is a specified gold. in the podcast one of the exercises is why do you want this. and write down 20 ways to do it. 20 ways shit..its super hard. so a have been thinking and thinking but a dont even now what a want. or one think its popping out a want to find something a like to do something am excited over, something a jumping out of bed and leaving my apartment making apartment over. meting new people.
a have and ide to do this here maby do it on dtube a bit more easy maby,
then its even more commitment. if a "tell it" but for sure its a prosses so for now its just to find out what its is.
anyhow....

There’s this new bank account called round up that will round up everything you buy and automatically put the change into savings . So say you buy a coffee for say 2.80 (Irish price ) and your round up is set at €3.00 then it will put the 20 cent into savings . You never notice the 20 cent but it all adds up
