The Decision Does Not Exist But There Is Action
Dear friends of Steemit, I bring you a fable that shows us how important it is to have the decision and the action, which must go together so that you can achieve your vision.
Once upon a time there were 5 Frogs that were on the shore of a beautiful pond, all the Frogs admired it with great emotion and said:
What a beautiful pond! I'd like to jump in for a big dip. Each and every one of them said the same thing, they were amazed by the landscape they saw in front of their eyes.
Until they soon decided to jump two frogs into the pond.
Now I'm asking you, how many frogs are left?
It's a bit of logic that if there were 5 and they decided to jump 2, there would be 3, because I tell you that there were the same 5 frogs left on the edge of the pond.
You know why? Because two of them decided to jump in the pond, but they never jumped. That's why, life is not just about making the decision, but about having the action, because without the action you will stay on the shore just admiring the pond, but you will never be able to enjoy its blessing.
Usually the human being in his mind makes the decision, but it is always difficult to execute it, he thinks about it and tries to wait for the perfect moment, but it turns out that he never gets it, the years go by, his death comes and he dies without having done it. I bet you that there are many people with extraordinary ideas, but who are not able to express and carry them out. Just remember that all the things that are made in this world are because they were first in the minds of the people who executed them and because of that we enjoy all those creations.
I've always heard it said that the most millionaire place of great ideas is in the cemetery, you know why, because many of those people who died didn't take action to get what they wanted, nor did they carry out those extraordinary ideas that in the end were taken to the grave. Just think about it, I hope you're not one of them.
Between the decision and the action, there is only one step. An example that we can see daily in a park, where a child for the first time decides to climb the slide, but when he reaches the top of the slide he stops to think that he wants to throw, but is afraid and lasts a while up, then at the end closes his eyes and throws himself. What happens after that? Have you noticed what's going on, because after the child launches, he has a face of joy and satisfaction, then he wants to repeat it over and over again, he already does it without thinking, without fear, because he enjoys the moment he does it. So we must be like that child, not just decide to do it but to act to get what we want.
Friends, if you have a dream in your mind and you want to realize it, don't think so much, don't make excuses and if you are afraid, do it with fear, but don't stay with the desire to do it. If you have a great idea and are afraid to execute it, do it because you don't know who you can benefit or impact with it. We are all born with talents to fulfill a purpose, do not keep that talent to yourself, take advantage of it and you will see that you can get what you want in life.
