The Next Phase of Destiny 2: Witch Queen

Bungie continues to engage with its player base and community well in advance of their launches. After announcing early in 2021 that the pandemic continues to impact its development cycles which made them push from a fall launch to a winter 2022 launch, they have now provided the community plenty of exciting teases of the upcoming expansion, Witch Queen. The great thing has been how the latest couple of Seasons in game have been preparing the stage for this expansion.

They have also provided the roadmap for many more expansions which saying that the game and its universe will continue to be supported in the coming years. The lore has always been complicated and not as sequential as many players would have hoped, but it has surely improved since the original game years ago. The fact that the franchise has continues forward demonstrates the strong community it has.

Since the game continues to be my favorite, it should come to know surprise that I have already preordered the best edition to continue to enjoy the content coming to our consoles. While not many friends have followed, the community has become easier to engage with as they have continued to make it easier to find players to play with. Also, cross platform has been enabled which has made it easier to expand the availability of players for the games most challenging activities. I am surely looking forward for this next expansion!
