I usually read my Kindle before sleep. I find this beneficial. And I don't eat for several hours min before sleep. So I agree with these suggestions from personal experience. Haven't tried the bed of nails though. I'll take your word for it.

Tim Ferris is a name that pops up a lot, so I may look into the book also. It's good to get more life hack tips. Thanks.
