Writing good content is where we realise the high rewards and for those that have been long enough on steemit know what this means; you struggle and get loyal followers who upvote and comment on your posts but they stop following your blog when the posts start lacking content. This I've realised is mostly because the content gets exhausted. If we adopt this system of writing where we break what we write into bits with each having something that pulls users' attention and having a bite in it for them, we shall have overcome these struggles.
