I'm turning 30 today

Remember, remember! The 5th of... September? ;)
So it happened, here I am - I have crossed the magical border of being 30 yrs old.
New decade, new plans and so on and so on ;)
Does it change much? Wish I could say "it's only a number" but I do feel in some way pressured about it.
I feel like I'm both gaining and loosing something at the same time.

I can see my body changing and think to myself I need to accept it, but it is hard. The youth cult that these days affect both genders is still, in my opinion, less advantageous for women.

I can see my perception of life in general changing and I think to myself that I love it.
I can see my ideas about what I want and who I want to be have changed drastically over the last few years. I used to be more reckless about my future when now I do stumble upon which choices should I make to secure my future self.

I could go on with these boring reflections forever but what I do wanna say is that I decided to use this imaginary borderline between 20s and 30s as my motivation. To make the next decade of my life better than the last one by simply keep on using the wisdom I've acquired so far.

So today I cheers myself and go back to work on being a happy and curious person.
