Hello, I have been watching a few episodes of CART NARCS and this Youtube show idea is absolutely insane and so funny. So this guy waits around different parking lots looking for people that are too lazy to return their cart into the cart corral and then calls them out.

The reactions of the people being called out are shocking but also quite hilarious. So much entitlement. For reals.
