minnows below 10 SP are having some trouble posting and upvoting. Some are posting pictures and videos not realizing they have limited bandwidth. I think a lot of the witnesses have been trying to help in delegating SP and teaching new users about bandwidth. It definitely is hindering steemit's growth, but people will learn. Thanks.
