Fee Software For Personal Data? Let's Re-Evaluate
Back in the 80ties software was expensive: even basic tools like compilers cost more than 10'000$. Gradually the price of consumer software was lowered as copy numbers increased and finally the price tag was removed altogether for many products we use today.
Now, for more than ten years, we have enjoyed great software for free. But since it is impossible to write good software for free, it was rather a deferred payment model. We always knew that someone we will have to pay the price. Well, we do now: The cost of ten years of free software is, for example, a manipulated society and elections with seemingly surprising outcomes.

Distributed ledger technologies, such as Steemit, now provide us with an alternative to private, centralized data hubs used to maximize profits.
Steemit is indeed revolutionary. In fact anything that has to do with decentralization is revolutionary. That is why so many people are against it. Because the economic model that already exists suits them just fine. When the time comes and people wake up(because 95% are literally sleeping) society will have a different face

Yes, it's directly related to the demand and supply effect, in past the demand was higher than supply that's why the price was very high, but today that's not the case, so many softwares are there which were really expensive before but now it's really cheap or some we can get for free, that is because the production of softwares are increased with rapid rate and many developers are raised who are creating great softwares and launching in the market.
