I joined Steemit back in May of 2017 knowing nothing about blogging, content creation, or much about blockchain in general. This past year has been an amazing experience for me personally on this platform!
Originally I joined Steemit as I was following @marketreport on his Youtube Channel, and he talked a few times about Steemit and the Steem platform. I was intrigued, as I had already missed the boat once on buying Bitcoin in early 2017. I was still kicking myself for that, and I didn't want to sit on the sidelines again.
I have been sharing lots of different things on my blog. At first I really had no clue what to post on here, but I have slowly grown and evolved my content into things I truly enjoy doing.
I enjoy doing my weekly radio show with @PoeticSnake on @Msp-Waves Radio called The Resteem Radio Show every Wednesday from 10pm - Midnight UTC Time. We interview and chat with different members of the community, talk about current events around the blockchain, curation, and more. It has become something I truly enjoy doing, and I have had the privilege to chat with Steemians from all over the world! You can hear previous episodes on my @Ma1neEvent profile page. Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive of the show!
It is amazing to me that now over 2,000 of you are checking out my content on Steemit. That is more followers than I have had on any other social media! I want to thank you all for being so supportive! It truly means a lot. I love being on Steemit, and I look forward to talking with more of you and learning more about you!
I plan to share more of my photography and nature themed videos with you this spring and summer as well, so be sure to check back often for new content! I am also still doing video game and curation live streams often, so check back for future broadcasts!

Congratulations my friend on 2000 followers. That is a blessing, You may remember I wrote you some poetry inspired from your good photography. I would gladly upvote you again. My upvote was trashed Friday when I was scammed 663.843 SBD and 22.641 steem tokens from two people who hacked my account. They also spammed my comments and sent me to steewit rather than staying on steemit. I blogged about it last night in my posts and will do future blogs on the subject.
