I agree with keeping an up to date CV as all times, but I probably wouldn't go to interviews all the time if I have no intention of changing jobs. But good luck anyway
Probably not a good idea to do get interview too frequent. But it can be a realy effective way to keep up with market and practice the interview skill. Nonetheless, I was too lazy for either one haha.
