Surprising tips to make you feel even more free today

Do you want to feel more free? In this article I share surprising tips to make you feel even more free today.

1. Investigate how you deal with life

We often have the idea that life happens to us. That unpleasant things happen that make us feel less free.

And it is true: things happen. And many of those things are annoying to you. But the annoyance of things is always your interpretation. Your label that you hang on it.

In reality things are pretty neutral. And you can view them like that. Things are - no more. It is up to you to choose whether to use your sudden discharge as a result of a dip or used as an opportunity to move forward.

This realization - that you yourself can determine how you deal with life - is true freedom. Everything can be more fun if you decide to see it like that. And you are free - in every moment - to do this.

2. Spend more playing time in the open air

Playing feels free. Because you only play because it's fun. Not because it is good for your career, not because you earn money with it and not because it takes home the groceries.

But just because it's fun. Because it makes you happy. Because you are curious or want to laugh with nice people.

As we get older, we often become less playful. That seems inevitable, but in reality it is a choice. It is the choice to take life unnecessarily seriously and to neglect your playing skills.

3. Work on the bond with your parents and share your problems

There is a reason that psychologists and therapists often start talking about your parents or educators in the first session. The people (or the person) who brought you up are important to you - whether you want it or not.

If you have the opportunity, research ways to strengthen the bond with your parents. Try to fully accept them as they are, spend time with them, get to know them. Set yourself up vulnerable and share your biggest struggles in your life.

Being open to your parents (and other close family) feels incredibly liberating, especially if the band is running rough. This process lasts as long as you can keep your parents with you. But you can still start today just by calling.

And the most important !

  • Release, let go, let go.

If you see a tree in the park, then you do not think about it anymore. If you see a tree lying on your car, you are still working on it.

As I wrote in the beginning: events are neutral. It is what it is. And from that thought you can do your best to constantly let go.

See it as if events are moving through you. The tree in the park went well: you saw it, you enjoyed it, you let it go. Open to new experiences.

The tree on your car feels different. You see it, you feel stress, anger, frustration and powerlessness. Your brain is running wild and you keep thinking about it. Logically, of course, but not necessarily necessary.

You can also learn to let go, and be immediately open to new experiences. Look at that, a tree on my car - little boy, now what?

What a lovely blog post. I agree wholeheartedly! Though you must admit, at times it can be so difficult to let events pass without feeling negative emotions. Especially when others seem responsible for these events. Any tips for these situations?
