Night owl and morning stressout

in #blog6 years ago

Many of us have problem with morning getting up. It's sually happens thanks to our such a important night lifestyle. Can we do something with it? If we even want to do something with it? And finally if we can eliminate stress from our life?

Night lifestyle is like escape from everything what happened during whole day, or what didn't. We play so many different roles doesn't matter or it's in internet, or in real life. Usually it's enough to be yourself but sometimes we need something new, some new challenge, some new experience. We keep going throught the night even if we know in subconscious that morning inexorably coming to us. We all unanimously accept that- there is no difference between 4h or 5h sleep.

Stress is coming to us secretly in the morning like a ruthless alarm clock and we are getting out from our irracional night dreams by something ringing far away. "Ugh... 5 mins more..." Fast nap, whitch automaticly cut off our time for calm preparation to go out. "Maybe 5 mins more won't do anything... So warm and comfortable is here..." And we finally cut off time for calm eating breakfast. And in deed, we could mention and mention about more situations, we promise to ourselves by 30 mins after get up that if we only come back home , we will going to sleep immediately. But after came back we simply have no time for a nap and we promise one more time that we will going to bet earlier today which of course has no reason to exist because there are so many more interesting things to do against sleeping. Vicious circle.

The worst part of it is that we can't or maybe we simply don't want to change anything. We can say "that's the right time to pull oneself together and start to sleep earlier and get enough sleep." Mhm...

Night owls have stress inscribed in nature. But if night lifestyle has a positive effect on our well-being... so why we should change it?
