Fun Steemit Activities: Drive-By Voting Volleys
Have you got a favourite user here on Steemit and want to show them they are your #1?
One of my favourite things to do is go to a users blog and upvote absolutely every single post they have done that hasn't been paid out yet. While this may not be a whole hell of a lot of STEEM Backed Dollars for those of you with lower powered STEEM accounts it's not the monetary gain but the show of support that is the valuable thing here.
The user I pioneered this fun Steemit activity on was @barrydutton, a fellow Canadian steemster who's dedication does not go unnoticed. Please consider heading over to Barry's blog and doing your own Drive-By Voting Volley to show him support.
Every few days I'll pick a user that has been active in my post comments, has decent quality post content and upvote all of their work that is eligible to still receive a payout.

I love the kindness (for the most part, whale spats excluded!!!) on Steemit. There really is a fantastic group on this platform. I think there should be tags like #steemkindness #steempayitfoward #steemlove etc to encourage this. Cryptocurrencies are supposed the provide the hope we can move away from fiat currency and it's rigid, unkind effects on society, a platform based on cryptocurrency should do the same!
The community around the STEEM blockchain is a great group of people I'd say. It's truly a mixing pot and beside the odd users that cause a bit of a disturbance it's unlike any other online ecosystem I've yet to see.
The tags is a great idea. Encourage people to help others that will benifit from it the most and allow them to go forward and do the same. The snowball effect of good certainly outweighs negativity here for the most part.
I like to call it vote-raiding :P

I am having sleep and pain issues again so I am up and came to check here for a few mins after finishing an epic documentary on Albert Einstein....
I checked the blockchain on SteemD.com for something and saw what you had done for me again actually and came to thank you.
You somehow daily manage to do so many great little things to make people here smile and encourage us.
It really means a lot, but stuff like what you do, does not COST a lot.
