11,000 OMG it's Monday

Yesterday i managed to walk 15,000 steps which was good, today i have managed 11,000 :)
From walking a bit more at work and an hours walking on a beautiful warm summers night made up the rest

i am glad Monday is all but done for another week, we had a BBQ for dinner tonight with some yummy sausages :)
