IT Movie Review 2017
The movie IT has probably been one of the best known horror
Movies for years and this year it made it’s much anticipated return.My friend Dominic and I ( Tristan Mackenzie) went to go and see it. We had been wanting to see it since it was released. The film definitely met all our expectations as it scared the living daylights out of us and everyone in the theatre. The graphics were brilliant because you could see so much work and effort was put into it. I would even go so far as to say it was better than the original film as it makes everything look so real like it had really happened. The character make up was on point and the stunts definitely turned it into more than just a horror movie.
The actors definitely put on their best performance better than the original actors as the kids and the clown stole the show for the first time in a movie we get to see the kids be the heroes when their town needed them to be. The actor Bill Skarsgard put on an incredible performance as the main character Pennywise the dancing clown. IT is based on Stephen Kings bestselling Novel.
The movie is about a clown that Reappears every 27 years in a Small Town and Kidnaps and Kills Children and sometimes Adults when the one kids brother disappears he and his small group of friends make it their personal mission to find out why. This leads them to a threat much more than they imagined there to be and have to deal with the responsibility and emotional challenges of getting rid of it.
The movie IT will definitely be one of the best horror movies you will ever see in years purely because of the hard work and vision behind the author, scriptwriters, director, actors and producers. The second chapter is set to come out in 2019 and I definitely cannot wait for it even the director (who is best known for being a horror director) and scriptwriters and the author Stephen King took the movie to a whole mother level. I predict this will be the number one movie to come out this year as there has never been such a vision as this. I may not be the biggest horror movie fan but this one movie I will watch again and again. I highly recommend that everyone goes to see one of the best horror films so far. It is so good even the trailor is worth watching again and again as it manages to put just as much fear in people as the film does in so many ways.
VERDICT:
The film is brilliant and is a must see for all.
