Vultr Free Tier VPS Has Only 1 Year

Last year, I was approved the Vultr Free Tier Program. And I got a 512MB 1 Core VPS which I use to run a simple Health Check Service
And I noticed that it started to charge from this month:

If you wish to avoid charges, please note that there are active instances on your account that are incurring charges. Even if these instances are in a 'stopped' state, they may still reserve system resources such as RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, and CPU, which results in continuing charges.
So I have to terminate it and move the service to somewhere else as $5 a month for a 512MB seems not worth it. However, you can upgrade to 1GB RAM basically for free, as it also cost $5 a month.
