Railway.Up will no longer provide free $5 for users unless your github account is verified.
Unfortunately at this time we can't determine that your GitHub has sufficient activity to qualify for our $5 fee waiver on the Hobby plan. You can read more about this at https://docs.railway.app/reference/pricing.
I am using railway.up occasionally as I have deployed a Visual Studio Code in the docker container so that I can access the VS Code anywhere as long as I have a browser.
TLDR; The Developer plan will be discontinued on August 1, 2023. Switch to the Hobby plan to continue using Railway.
