Two days ago, the cloud app deployment discontinued..

But the official annoucement says: The Developer plan will be discontinued on August 1, 2023. Switch to the Hobby plan to continue using Railway.

The Hobby plan is $5 per month.

You can deploy a Visual Studio Code Server using Railway using Docker/container technology so that You can write code everywhere as long as there is a browser.
