Earning a few steem here for a blog post is nice but I should be earning 10 times that if I were writing as a professional or freelance writer online ideally. The only way I reconcile sticking with it here on Steemit is the hope that the steem I earn will one day 10x and return to its ATH around $4.
This is unchartered territory. I hope for the same thing, that STEEM's value with increase enough to make it worthwhile, but my bread and butter is still my freelance writing business. Keep executing excellent blog posts, and be consistent. It's the only way to move ahead. Dreams are nice, but action pays the bills. Good luck!
