Mountain climbing can maintain a healthy body because when we climb the mountain the working capacity of our heart and lungs increases, and our body's stamina and power are maintained while climbing mountains and the air in the mountains is better than in urban areas. In addition to maintaining a healthy body, mountain climbing can also strengthen the leg muscles which is certainly very useful for our bone health so that it can keep us away from the risk of Osteoporosis. Often we climb mountains also increase stamina and endurance, so that our body and stamina endurance is maintained and even increases with frequent mountain climbing. In addition, mountain climbing can also increase the working capacity of the heart and lungs, in other words, climbing mountains can strengthen our heart and lungs and can also lose weight, because when we climb mountains we sweat due to fat burning inside our body.
