I see it's been a while since you’ve posted, but I just want to ask if anyone’s had success getting a proper VAT invoice from OpenAI recently. I'm running into the same issue and wondering if using a business account or maybe switching payment methods makes a difference. Maybe someone who’s based in the EU can share what worked for them?
I think when you provide the VAT number the billing will be updated automatically. But I am not entirely sure.
